Can we review samples before mass production?
Yes. Physical prototypes are always provided for approval prior to bulk orders.
Do you have ready-to-ship stock items?
As a custom manufacturer, we typically don’t stock pre-made items. However, we may check availability for select products upon request.
What’s your MOQ?
For most of our products, we have no MOQ, and we can provide free samples as long as you are willing to afford the delivery charge.
How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?
Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number.
What is the material for this products?
We do all the metal material, like iron, brass, zinc alloy, copper, aluminum etc.
Why can’t stainless steel be plated?
As general rule, it is that only Brass, Copper, Iron, Zinc alloy can be plated in our facilities.
Is it possible to have 2 plating on the same item (Gold Nickel plating is all right?)?
Yes, “double plating” can be done. But, if you plan to make an order with such process.
